Accounting add-on
The Accounting add-on turns what you already do in your CRM into bookkeeping. Invoices, payments, expenses and credit notes post to your accounts automatically, so month-end is checking, not retyping.

Sound familiar?
You issue an invoice in one place and key the same figures into the accounts later.
Payments arrive, the books lag, and reconciling takes an evening.
You want the profit and loss now, but the figures are only right after the accountant is done.
How it works
Choose which accounts your sales, payments, expenses and taxes post to. This is a one-time setup in the Accounting settings.
Issue invoices, record payments and expenses. Where you switch automatic posting on, entries appear in your books without retyping.
Import your bank statement, match the lines, and open the balance sheet, profit and loss or trial balance whenever you like.
What you get
Good to know: this is a general accounting engine, not a Malaysian tax filing tool. It does not prepare the SST return or other statutory submissions for you, so keep your accountant for those. The setup of account mapping is worth doing together with your accountant once.
Plans and price
Add-ons are priced per month and billed yearly together with your plan. You can try the plan free for 30 days first.
