The customer opens the invoice link and pays online through Billplz. Automatic reminders go out before the due date and when it is overdue.

Good to know: Billplz online payment settles the whole invoice amount, so partial payments are recorded manually. Taxes such as SST can be added as tax rates on your items. Sending an invoice to LHDN MyInvois is covered on its own page.

Before you start
Can my customer pay without logging in?
Yes. The invoice link opens without a login, and they can pay through Billplz from there.
Can I send a quotation as a PDF?
Yes. Every quotation and invoice has a PDF and a public link, so you can send whichever suits the customer.
Can I bill the same customer every month or year?
Yes. Recurring invoices repeat on your schedule, and you can choose to create the next one only after the previous one is paid.
What about SST?
You can add tax rates to your items so SST appears on the quotation and invoice. Check your own SST obligations with your accountant.
Can I ask my AI to do it?
Yes. With AI chat you can say “Quote 10 annual support plans at RM 1,200 for Aman” and get the quotation back as a link or PDF.
