Good to know: an AI can misunderstand a request, so check what it created before you send it to a customer. It never gets more access than the person who connected it, and an administrator can turn the AI connection off or revoke any app at any time. When you ask something, the data it reads is processed by your AI provider under your own agreement with them.

AI chat costs nothing extra. You bring your own AI subscription (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or n8n), and every staff member can connect their own.

Before you start
Does it work in Bahasa Malaysia?
Yes. The AI app you use understands the language you type. DataBank2U just gives it the tools to read and change your records.
Can the AI delete or change things by mistake?
It can only do what the staff member’s role allows, and changes appear in the activity log. For sensitive roles, an administrator can limit what that role may do.
Do you send my data to an AI company?
No. We do not send your records to any AI provider ourselves. Data goes to the AI app you connect only when you ask it something.
Which AI apps can I use?
Claude, ChatGPT and Cursor, and automation tools such as n8n, through the open MCP standard. Gemini can connect too.
Do my staff need to be technical?
No. They add the address once, sign in with their usual login, and then type questions. The guide is under “Connect AI” in the profile menu.
