DataBank2U › e-Invoice for LHDN MyInvois
e-Invoice
Open an invoice, press Validate E-Invoice, and it goes to LHDN MyInvois with every line and its tax. The result comes back to the same invoice, so you never retype it into another portal.

Sound familiar?
The invoice is in your system, and then the same lines are keyed into the MyInvois portal by hand.
You send it and wait. Which invoices went through, which are still pending, and which were refused?
Something is wrong with a TIN or a tax line, and you only find out later, if at all.
How it works
In Settings, add the client ID and secret from your own MyInvois account, your company TIN and registration number, and your address. Turn on sandbox mode to practise first. Fill in each customer’s TIN and registration number on their record.
Open a paid invoice and press the button. The invoice goes to MyInvois in the background.
The invoice shows Processing, Verified, Rejected or Failed. If MyInvois refuses it, the reason is shown on the invoice so you can fix it and press the button again.
What you get
Good to know: you need your own MyInvois account and API credentials from LHDN; we do not hold them for you. This feature is new, so please try a few invoices in sandbox mode first. Invoices must be in Ringgit (MYR), and the button appears on paid invoices. Credit notes, cancellation, self-billed and consolidated e-Invoices are not built in yet, so do those in the MyInvois portal. Whether and when your business must issue e-Invoices is for you and your accountant to confirm with LHDN.
